The Allegations

According to his publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report, Stephen Paul Yaworsky’s career came to an end in April 2018, when he was discharged from his position at Raymond James. This termination followed allegations that he forged a customers signature on a financial document.

He was later barred by FINRA from acting as a securities broker in any fashion.
