Kevin Fretz was a Connecticut based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for nineteen years. During his career, he was registered with six different securities firms.

The Allegations

In August 2019, a customer alleged that Kevin Fretz forged their signature and made material misrepresentations about investments. The customer is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages. Due to these allegations, he was discharged from his position at LPL Financial.
