The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is presently investigating the alleged misconduct of former securities broker Jon Reppert. According to his publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report, Jon Reppert is the subject of a pending customer dispute.

Jon Reppert was a Texas based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for twenty-eight years. During his career, he was registered with six different securities firms. He is not currently working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

The Allegations

In December 2019, a customer alleged that Jon Reppert misrepresented a variable life insurance policy. This case is currently pending. The customer is seeking $18.3 million in damages.
