The Allegations

In May 2018, a would-be beneficiary of a customer’s account alleged that Jason Dohaney was negligent due to an alleged failure to transfer the customer’s assets, with a different beneficiary, to Dohaney’s firm before the customer died. The would-be beneficiary is seeking $600,000 in damages.
