He worked in the securities industry for sixteen years. He spent his entire career registered with NyLife Securities. He has not worked in the securities industry since 2016.
The Allegations
Gurdev Singh Mann’s publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report shows that he was terminated from his position at NyLife Securities in September 2016. This termination followed allegations that he accepted $32,000 in funds from a customer between 2011 and 2015 for his personal use. This was in direct violation of the firm’s policies. He was later barred by FINRA from acting as a securities broker in any fashion.
