The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is presently investigating the alleged misconduct of former securities broker Melanie Haning. Melanie Haning was a Nevada based securities broker. She worked in the securities industry for twelve years. During her career, she was registered with just two different securities firms. She is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

Her Registrations

  • Merrill Lynch (2005-2008)
  • UBS Financial Services (2008-2017)

The Allegations

Melanie Haning’s publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report shows that her career came to an end when she was terminated from her position at UBS Financial Services in October 2017. This termination followed allegations that she had been engaging in financial transactions with another employee that had not been approved by the firm. She was later barred by FINRA from acting as a securities broker in any fashion.
