In March 2017, a customer alleged that Dustin Christophersen recommended unsuitable “Tenancy in Common” investments. They also alleged that he made material misrepresentations, committed fraud, managed their account negligently, and breached his fiduciary duty. This case was settled for $225,000 in damages.
