The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is presently investigating the alleged misconduct of former securities broker Cecil Dimond. According to his publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report, Cecil Dimond has been the subject of a customer dispute.

Cecil Dimond was a Florida based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for thirty-five years. During his career, he was registered with four different securities firms. He is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

The Allegations

In June 2018, a customer alleged that, in 2012, Cecil Dimond began recommending risky and unsuitable investments in Puerto Rico and Chicago municipal bonds. The customer is seeking $200,000 in damages.
