The Allegations

  • In October 2002, a customer alleged that Scott Curtis placed them in an investment that was inconsistent with their previously stated investment objectives.
  • In January 2018, a customer alleged that Scott Curtis recommended unsuitable securities and made material misrepresentations and omissions of material facts. This case was settled for $35,000 in damages.
