The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is presently investigating the alleged misconduct of former securities broker Ronald Knight. According to his publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report, Ronald Knight has been the subject of multiple customer disputes.

Ronald Knight was a Maryland based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for nine years. He spent his entire career working with NYLIFE Securities. He is currently not acting as a securities broker in any fashion.

The Allegations

  • In February 2017, a customer alleged that Ronald Knight forged a customer’s signature on two checks. She also alleged that Ronald Knight borrowed money from her without any intention to pay her back. This case was settled for $207,941 in damages.
  • In February 2018, another customer alleged that Ronald Knight borrowed money from her without intending to pay her back. This case was settled for $128,351 in damages.
