The Allegations
According to his FINRA BrokerCheck report, Roger Kroeger allegedly facilitated a loan to his sister from an elderly customer of his member firm. Roger Kroeger allegedly converted these cash funds for his own personal use. Due to these allegations, he was discharged from his position at Invest Financial Corporation. The customer in question filed a claim against Invest Financial Corporation due to this alleged fund conversion. Invest settled this case for $206,084 in damages. Due to his alleged actions, Roger Kroeger is facing pending criminal charges including; ‘Exploitation of the Elderly’, ‘Grand Theft in the First Degree’, ‘Fraud’, and more. Kroeger was eventually barred by FINRA in September 2018 after allegedly failing to comply with their investigation into the matter.
