The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is presently investigating the alleged misconduct of former securities broker Ricardo Estrada. According to his publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report, Ricardo Estrada has been the subject of a FINRA sanction.

Ricardo Estrada was a Florida based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for fourteen years. During his career, he was registered with two different securities firms. He is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

  • MML Investors Services (2014-2017)

The Allegations

Ricardo Estrada was officially sanctioned by FINRA in March 2018. The findings in this matter state that he allegedly engaged in an outside business activity without first getting it approved by his member firm. This alleged activity was received approximately $7,575 in finders fee compensation. Due to these allegations, he was fined $5,000 and suspended from acting as a securities broker in any fashion for a period of two months. He had been terminated from MML Investors one year prior when the allegations first came to light.
