The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is presently investigating the alleged misconduct of former securities broker Price Breville. According to his publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report, Price Breville has been the subject of a customer dispute.

Price Breville was a New York based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for nine years. During his career, he was registered with six different securities firms. He is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

The Allegations

In October 2018, a customer alleged that Price Breville made material misrepresentations, churned their account, and made false guarantees about invested retirement assets. This case was settled for $107,799 in damages. Breville was eventually discharged from his position at Mutual of Omaha Investor Services following the allegations.
