The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is presently investigating the alleged misconduct of former securities broker Mark Sachse. According to his publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report, Mark Sachse has been the subject of a customer dispute.

Mark Sachse was a Kansas based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for eleven years. During his career, he was registered with just two different securities firms. Mark Sachse is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

  • Ameriprise Financial Services (2010-2018)

The Allegations

In March 2018, a customer alleged that Mark Sachse made false and fraudulent statements, failed to disclose material information, breached his fiduciary duty, recommended unsuitable securities, executed unsuitable margin trading, and executed unauthorized trades. This case is currently pending. The customer is seeking $450,000 in damages.
