The Allegations 

Joseph Teifer was the subject of two complaints in April 2019 from customers alleging that he purchased inappropriate investments on their behalf between 2017 and 2019. Both complaints are currently pending. The customer in the first case is seeking $60,591 in damages. The customer in the second case is seeking $19,419 in damages.
