The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is presently investigating the alleged misconduct of former securities broker James Marino. According to his publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report, James Marino has been the subject of a customer dispute.

James Marino was a Florida based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for just three years between 2013 and 2016. He spent his entire career registered with Edward Jones. He is no longer working as a registered broker in any fashion.

The Allegations

In October 2016, an attorney, on behalf of a customer, alleged that James Marino gradually converted funds from the customer’s account between November 2013 and April 2016. This case was settled for $600,000 in damages.
