The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is presently investigating the alleged misconduct of former securities broker George Nikolakakos. According to his publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report, George Nikolakakos has been the subject of a customer dispute.

George Nikolakakos operated most recently as a Nebraska securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for twenty-years. During his career, he was registered with ten different securities firms. He is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

The Allegations

In May 2018, a customer alleged that George Nikolakakos violated state and federal securities laws and violated FINRA rules. This case was settled for $87,500 in damages.
