Francis Ciabattoni was a Delaware based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for thirty-six years. He spent his entire career registered with Morgan Stanley. He is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

The Allegations

  • In February 1999, a customer alleged that Francis Ciabattoni recommended unsuitable investments and made material misrepresentations of fact. This case was settled for $40,000 in damages.
  • In March 2018, a customer alleged that Francis Ciabattoni recommended unsuitable investments. This case is currently pending. The customer is seeking $1,140,000 in damages.
