The Allegations

  • In June 2018, a customer alleged Daniel Gamache concentrated their portfolio with an over-weighted position in LJMIX. This case is currently pending. The customer is seeking $350,000 in damages.
  • In March 2019, a customer alleged that Daniel Gamache chose investments for them that were inappropriate based on their investment objectives. This case is currently pending. The customer is seeking $650,302 in damages.
  • In May 2019, a customer alleged that Daniel Gamache recommended unsuitable investments. This case is currently pending. The customer is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.
