The Allegations
Charla Kabana was officially sanctioned by FINRA in August 2018. The findings in this matter state that FINRA had opened up an investigation into the details of her termination from LPL Financial. Her former member firm had expressed concerns that she executed unsuitable variable annuity transactions. Charla Kabana allegedly failed to comply with the investigation and was thus barred by FINRA from acting as a securities broker in any fashion.
