The Allegations
In October 2018, a customer alleged that Price Breville made material misrepresentations, churned their account, and made false guarantees about invested retirement assets. This case was settled for $107,799 in damages. Breville was eventually discharged from his position at Mutual of Omaha Investor Services following the allegations.
