The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is presently investigating the alleged misconduct of former securities broker Somning Pheth. Somning Pheth was a Washington based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for four years. He spent his entire career registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services. His career lasted between 2014 and 2018. He is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

The Allegations

Somning Pheth’s publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report shows that his career came to an end when he was discharged from his position at Wells Fargo Clearing Services in April 2018. This termination followed allegations that he misappropriated the funds of four customers.
