Pavel Shklyar operated most recently as a New Jersey based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for thirteen non-consecutive years. During his career, he was registered with eight different securities firms. He is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

The Allegations
Pavel Shklyar was officially sanctioned by FINRA in February 2018. The findings in this matter state that he failed to comply with a FINRA investigation into his alleged participation in private securities transactions. Due to the allegations against him, he was terminated from JP Morgan Chase Bank and barred from acting as a registered securities broker in any fashion.
