His registrations include; Fidelity Brokerage Services (2006-2007), E*Trade (2007), Wells Fargo (2009-2011), and Morgan Stanley (2012-2016).
Justin Mair’s publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report shows that he was discharged from his position at Morgan Stanley for allegedly setting up a payment plan from one of his customer’s accounts to pay his electric bill.
These allegations opened up a FINRA investigation, which stated that he allegedly converted a total of $722. Due to these allegations, he was barred by FINRA from acting as a securities broker in any fashion.
