Henry Veit was a New York-based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for forty-six years. During his career, he was registered with five different securities firms. He is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

The Allegations

  • In December 1996, customers alleged that Henry Veit excessively traded their account, churned their account, made material misrepresentations, and converted their funds. This case was settled for $253,358 in damages.
  • In March 2018, a customer alleged that Henry Veit recommended unsuitable investments and breached his fiduciary duty. This case is currently pending. The customer is seeking $225,000 in damages.
