Steven Reznik: Three Customer Complaints

Steven Reznik has worked in the securities industry for thirty-five years with five different securities firms. In 1982 he worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance. From 1983 to 1988 he worked for Dean Witter Reynolds INC. From 1988 to 1989 he worked for Integrated Resources Equity. From 1989 to 1992 he worked for Pensco Securities. Since 1989 Steven Reznik has been registered with Raymond James Financial Services both in Tallahassee and Destin, Florida.

According to Steven Reznik’s FINRA BrokerCheck report he has been the subject of three customer complaints in his career. His first complaint came in 1998 when a client claimed that Reznik executed numerous trades without the authorization of the client. This claim was settled for $3,500. His second customer complaint came in 2017 when a former client alleged that Reznik made unauthorized trades to securities unsuited for the specific investor. This dispute was settled for $15,000. His third customer complaint came in 2018. The customer alleged that Reznik, over-concentrated their account, suggested investments that were unsuitable to their needs, and suggested investments that performed poorly. The customer is requesting $58,721.
