In May 2016, customers alleged failure to supervise. This case was settled for $330,550 in damages.

In June 2017, customers alleged fraud, concealment, unsuitability, breach of contract, negligence, gross negligence, and violations of SEC and FINRA Rules. The alleged transgressions taking place between June 2004 and June 2013. This case is currently pending. The customer is seeking $800,000 in damages.

In November 2017, customers alleged false representation, negligent misrepresentation, negligence, fraud, breach of contract, and violation of the Mississippi Securities Act of 2010. The alleged transgressions taking place between July 2004 and October 2017. This case is currently pending. The customers are seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.
