John Spach was a California based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for twenty-two years. During his career, he was registered with six different securities firms.

His registrations included; MML Investors Services (1996-1998), NFP Securities (1998-2000), Sentra Securities Corporation (2000-2002), Financial West Group (2002-2007), Financial Telesis (2007-2014), and Kestra Investment Services (2014-2018). He is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.

John Spach’s publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report shows that he has received one customer complaint and one employment termination.

In February 2018, a customer alleged that Spach made inappropriate investments away from his member firm. This case was settled for $450,000 in damages.

In July 2018, he was terminated from his position at NFP Retirement Inc. This followed allegations that he co-mingled client assets with his own personal assets, breached his fiduciary duty, made unsuitable investment recommendations, made material misstatements, circumvented compliance policies and failed to disclose conflicts of interest.
