The Allegations

John Crain was officially sanctioned by FINRA in March 2020. The findings in this matter state that he asked his member firm customers to sign and return blank or incomplete brokerage documents. John Crain then allegedly added the missing information after the forms were pre-signed by his customers. Due to these alleged actions, John Crain was fined $5,000 and was suspended from acting as a securities broker in any fashion for a period of three months.
