The alleged transgressions taking place between June and December 2013. This case is currently pending. The customers are seeking $1.1 million in damages. Damian Bell received an identical complaint in May of 2017. That case is also currently pending. The customers are seeking $505,000 in damages.

In July 2017, a customer alleged failure to conduct due diligence on alternative investments and breach of fiduciary duty. This case is currently pending. The customer is seeking $300,000 in damages.
