Many investors are unaware of the legal recourse available to them after losing money due to securities broker fraud and/or negligence. The truth is that investors who have lost money in this fashion may actually be entitled to damages. The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is interested in hearing from investors who think this may be them.
The law firm of Oakes & Fosher is presently investigating the possible misconduct of former securities broker Bradley Latting. According to his publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report, Bradley Latting has been the subject of a FINRA sanction.
Bradley Latting was an Oklahoma based securities broker. He worked in the securities industry for thirteen years. He spent his entire career registered with State Farm VP Management Corp. (2004-2018). He is no longer working as a registered securities broker in any fashion.
Bradley Latting’s publicly available FINRA BrokerCheck report shows that he was sanctioned by FINRA in April 2019. The findings in this matter state that he alleged failed to comply with an investigation to allegations that he converted funds from an elderly customer. Due to these alleged actions, he was barred by FINRA from acting as a securities broker in any fashion.
