The Allegations

Benjamin Lowder is currently the subject of seven identical complaints. The customers in these cases have alleged that Lowder engaged in unfair and deceptive trade practices and committed securities fraud. Benjamin Lowder allegedly solicited these customers to invest in a fictitious private investments designed to convert funds. All of these cases are currently pending. The customers are all seeking $25,000 in damages. Following a FINRA investigation into the matter, Benjamin Lowder was barred from acting as a securities broker in any fashion.
